GBNothing but trouble since day one. Received my Waggle and it was defective. I was asked to pay shipping to return it, refused. Finally got them to send a shipping label. Returned it the same day and now 2weeks later I’m still waiting and paying for a years subscription that I can’t use. They keep telling me it will come today. Tracking number never updates. Not the best experience!!

GBI love Waggle for temp monitoring of my… I love Waggle for temp monitoring of my vehicle for my service dog. We just got a new vehicle that only has USB C plugs and your connectors are USB A. I tried reaching out to on line service and was only referred back to the page with the USB A. I need a C-C (waggle is a C also). I purchased a C-C from Amazon but it won’t charge the Waggle.

GBI received the sale price after it did not go through on credit card I received the sale price after transaction went through on my credit card(credit issued). Gentleman on phone was very receptive to my issues.

GBSetting waggle up I was setting it up and had to pause to try to figure something out and they called to see if they could help. He was so friendly and helpful. Wish i could remember his name.

GBI love the program I love the program. One recommendation would be to have the ability to See if your electric was on simply by looking at the Home Screen. A Green or Red dot would be great. 👍
