As our Counterpoint accomplice As our Counterpoint accomplice, they have helped us starting from the earliest stage. We were utilizing Lightspeed POS beforehand, I can't start to portray the quantity of issues with it. Stock didn't make any sense, installments would hang up arbitrarily, reports didn't bode well. I don't encounter any of that with Counterpoint POS. POS Highway ensured our framework arrangement went easily from day 1. We went through hours talking about our plan of action and how Counterpoint can upgrade it. In contrast to some other POS/ERP framework, Counterpoint can tailor to how we work! Francis has been our Counterpoint… Francis has been our Counterpoint consultant, he is a true expert when it comes to solving operational challenges of our business. Our previous partner hadn't properly setup many aspects of our system, the team at POS Highway not only fixed those issues but demonstrated the most efficient way to use it.
