Well from the time i started getting your product/service, anytime i had a concern/question the staff was eager to help in any way. if a shipment was not getting to me before i ran out of supplies they would send me samples (rushed) to save me from running out before your shipment was received. Also during my travels my shipment would be sent to a different location as to keep me supplied. if i had a billing problem you would help with that also. Deliveries are on time I like that I get an email advising of upcoming delivery. And the deliveries are always on time. I don't have to worry about anything.
