My order came extremely promptly without paying for special shipping.

Not the shipping we paid for Fedex overnight shipping was selected and paid for and products were sent via fedex ground. Item was shipped on 1/26/24 and still have not received it. They communicate well, so customer service seems decent. They should have honored the original overnight shipping and not ask for more money to ship overnight.
