Haven’t Received Masks & Nonexistent Customer Service I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.

There masks are the best There masks are the best! They are thick, well made, made in the US, and reasonable priced. The shipping is great, the N95's are individually wrapped and the medical masks are ASTM tested. Great company, would 100% recommend them to anyone. They also fit really well.

Excellent Company and Face Masks I discovered this company early in the pandemic as a result of an internet search for face masks made in the USA. I ordered 2 kinds of masks, and have been ordering them ever since. The fact that I never contracted Covid-19 up to the present is a testament, at least in part, to the utility of these masks. I am still ordering masks and always receive them in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend these masks and this company.

Repeat purchases because of great product quality Just purchased our third box of Luosh face masks, based on our experience from the earlier products. We like the black facemasks. These are very comfortable, and we have never had one where the string used to hold the mask has failed, unlike other products we purchased. With the likelihood that masking will return, we figured we should stock up.
