The lamp does not come on when you… The lamp does not come on when you throw the switch unless you grab the bulb with your hand for some reason. Then it flashes brightly and comes on. Just turn on the switch and timer and it will just sit there

I purchase the Vitamin D/ Fiji bundle I purchase the Vitamin D/ Fiji bundle. When I opened the Fiji sunlamp box- I could hear the sound of broken glass. I called and spoke with a customer rep. who was extremely nice and professional. I received a replacement bulb within a couple of days! The representative said that when I receive the bulb to call, and they would walk me through replacing the bulb. Awesome customer service, and I am loving the lamps.

The product was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Sperti and UPS sent precise instructions for payment of customs clearance. The instructions for activating the bulbs are very simple and well explained. I am very satisfied with my purchase! Thank you
