GBI haven't received my parts yet I haven't received my parts yet, so this is an incomplete review, however, I tried multiple times to contact the company, twice by their chat system and 3 times by phone, to see if I could pay for expedited shipping. I never heard from them, so I decided to make my purchase anyway and hope for the best. It's been 8 hours and still no shipping info, although I did get an email stating that my package has shipped. Fingers crossed!

GBAs a first time customer needing hard… As a first time customer needing hard to find parts for an E & J manual chair, I was pleasantly surprised to find what I was looking for. I did have to speak with a customer service rep to ascertain the details on a couple of items, but she seemed knowledgeable about the subject. I hope that initial impression is confirmed when the order is received.

He didn’t try to rush us i to a purchase and went to extreme measure to ensure we were ordering parts for our daughter’s chair that would solve the problem we had as well as being the proper parts to fit out chair.
