The representative Sue from Biowave was… The representative Sue from Biowave was extremely knowledgeable about the product that was shipped to my residence. Made the process of having a new product less worrisome with her guided instructions, and took the time to answer every question I had pertaining to my new product.

So pleased! Sue is wonderful! Our rep Sue was WONDERFUL. Getting everything set up was seamless (besides something with our unit having an issue, which she is handling to make sure we are satisfied). Answered all my family's questions on how to help get my Dad relief using the machine. So pleased!

Finally, A system to help!!!! Agnes did an awesome job training me on this machine! She is very knowledgeable and thorough, with explaining how to use this Biowave machine, during the training process! She also explained how to clean the electrodes, to extend the life of them! Great Machine Ms. Mona gave me a thorough explanation about the product, its uses, and maintaining it and I was able to ask questions about everything I didn't quite understand. I also received an email from her going over some of the info in addition to several downloadable pages of useful tips and further instructions.
