overall i am grateful for this system … overall i am grateful for this system it has helped me 3x for major falls. The only thing I would like to see improved is faster response time for picking up my distress signal - I highly recommend this to anyone with physical issues

The lifefone button we had was great… The lifefone button we had was great the only reason we canceled is because my gram got one paid for through insurance. The app was great for me the caregiver can see when the battery low when the button was pushed a GPS tracker. The auto fall detection was good just my gram dropped it sometimes and it would call but that's what it's for. I would definitely recommend this service

They follow my connection when I need any… They follow my connection ,answering quickly and reacting when I need help. Once was for an Ambulance and recently they called to tell me that they were not receiving any input from my machine. I had not been aware of that , so If I had needed help , I would not have been able to contact them.LifeFone makes me feel comfortable and free to not worry much about falling or any other similar problem.

LifeFone bracelet… My mother had a LifeFone bracelet 4years ago, which the staff helped save her life. My mother recently tried the new bracelet VIP flex and was happy it was a simple push button - but we unfortunately had to return it as it kept flashes and wasn’t keeping the charge due the signal was weak in her area. Other than this we’ve always appreciated LifeFone’s services.

100% worth every penny from the first day I talked to Marty and ordered LifeFone on 12/5, it shipped the next day and arrived yesterday (12/11). It was so simple to install that my father managed it independently - no tech experience or help necessary. This afternoon he had an emergency. The fall detection went off right away, help came over the speaker immediately and he was able to communicate with them. I received a call that he had fallen and the paramedics were there two minutes later. For my family LifeFone has already lived up to the promises and came through when exactly when we needed it.
