Thought I Got No Response but Found Messages in Spam Device came promptly but unfortunately, the sleeve is too tight on my arm. All attempts to begin a return and maybe get a larger sleeve have received no response. Got a prompt reply from BodyHelix after posting this. They asked, I looked and found their previous replies in spam. Am now returning for a larger size.

I don't know that my endorsement is the… I don't know that my endorsement is the greatest or the one you are looking for? I am not using the shoulder braces so I can play pickleball? But I am using the shoulder braces because I have torn rotator cuff muscles that need to heal, and the other shoulder compression braces I bought slipped? So now I wear those with the smaller straps and adjustable sleeves on top of yours which I sized through the chart which fit great and don't slip and have wider straps. Which seems to work for me to help me be more mobile and do more works! And I am grateful for that!

The BodyHelix staff go the "extra mile" for the customer As always, BodyHelix came through. I have used the Full Wrist Brace for years to control arthritic symptoms in my right wrist and thumb. The Body Helix brace has worked great during the occasional painful flair-ups. Unfortunately, this brace has been discontinued. But they "came to the rescue" scouring the warehouse to find two in my size which they shipped out immediately. Thanks for going the extra mile" for a customer.
