GBFrustrating delivery process I found the delivery process very frustrating. There was sparse information about the delivery schedule, so we accidentally missed the delivery. The customer service rep and the truck driver were rude to us.

GBBought a workbench from Midwest… Bought a workbench from Midwest production supplies recently and can’t emphasize enough how much it I love it. There weren’t any instructions on how to build it, but that is to be expected with any industrial supplier. Since they work with the manufacturer directly, their work benches are made to order, so there is a bit of a lead time. That being said, my order arrived a little less than 2 weeks after ordering. Their customer service is top notch, and I will likely own this workbench for the rest of my life. Just make sure you read the description of every piece before configuring it. However, when I noticed I made an error, I simply called them up and it was immediately changed and updated. Becky, you’re a rockstar, keep doing what you’re doing!

GBFast, Cost-effective solution Had to find clean room paper to hand carry to overseas production site. MPS was both quick, very cost-effective, and had several options for paper we needed. The shipment arrived within a week and easily met our needs.

GBVery poor quality stainless bench Very poor quality stainless bench. Scratched top surface, loose fasteners that sheared the welded stud when tightened. Missing weld stud. Overall a very poor experience including another 30 business day lead time for a replacement. Metro is the supplier. Definitely would not recommend.

GBFantastic customer service Fantastic customer service. Answered phone quickly every time and followed up with emails as well. Very rare to find this type of service in 2023 and I would recommend MPS to friends.
