The customer service is excellent. The chair has now found a new home with a disabled military veteran. He, and his spouse, are very satisfied.

GBLove my chair Love my chair. Because of my age and medical issues I had to develop a way to get it in & out of my car (use a blanket thrown over edge of trunk and slide it up/down easily) but feel like I am driving a tank. Has been difficult lately to get customer service to answer the phone, but when they do they are the best.

GBMaybe the best power chair I've had the Forcemech Voyager R2 wheelchair for two weeks and it's great for indoor use. Customer service was excellent, and it arrived quickly. The build quality is impressive, and it has a decent battery life of 3-4 days. However, it struggles on uneven surfaces and grass, doesn't decline well, and lacks seat and footrest adjustability. It's somewhat comfortable with added support, but the seat belt can be bothersome. It's not very quiet when turning on, and I wish it had a silent mode. It feels small for a taller person. It's fast on flat surfaces but slows down when turning. It's not suitable for all-day use. The weight is a significant issue, making it difficult to lift. Overall, it has potential, but there are several improvements needed, including comfort, adjustability, weight, and stability on uneven terrain.
