Excellent Knee Ice Pack The large knee ice pack is the perfect aid after knee replacement surgery. My husband used it in addition to the ice machine, especially when up to the table for a meal. The Velcro straps keep the pad in place when you walk.

They really do run small I always check reviews before purchasing an item, and even though there were warnings that they run small, I thought surely a large would be ok, and I ordered 2 pair in a size Large. Even though I measured the palm according to the chart on your website, the gloves were still too small. I ended up giving both pairs to other family. I think whoever makes these needs to go back to the drawing board and come up with a more true to size product.

I like the product I like the product, but for some reason I didn’t get a confirmation email as to when it would be delivered; so I had to call to see if the product was sent. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Customer service and item I ordered is terrible. I ordered k-board cushion on December 6. Cushion is not usable, only 7 inches long! I contacted customer service multiple times to return and replace item. No one ever answer or return my calls. Terrible customer service and junk product. I will write review on Google as well, so everyone knows how awful this business is.
