Customer Service Sucks I have the ECG 24/7 monitor device. Had it for a few months and it is giving me problems when downloading. My Macbook can detect the attached device but the Wellue software rarely detects the device. Only customer support is thru email (no 800 number) and they are not giving me a solution or replace my device which has one year warranty.

Contacted Wellue, who directed me to the USPS site with a snapshot of the delivery status, guess what that doesn't help me, I can see that on my own, so what is the purpose of contacting you?Are you not responsible for delivery, think that also what I paid for?
