Do not expedite, it's a scam I paid a lot extra to have next day delivery and I see my order still hasn't even been shipped two days later. It's basically at the point where you may as well not deliver it because I'm leaving town tomorrow. No updates from your end on why things are slow. Will not use your service ever again. What happened to customer service. I will not deal with any company that makes me pay for their mistake! If I didn't need the receiver I would not have ordered it and paid for overnight shipping then wait several days for them to respond to my email just to find out I have to wait for them to process the return of the wrong item they sent me. Why would a customer that paid for overnight shipping for a product have to wait EXTRA time to receive WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND WHAT WAS ON MY PACKING SLIP because of their error?
