TM made my outdoors life in Belize easier… TempraMed has made my outdoors life in Belize so much easier! Also wonderful during power outages in hurricane season. :) The company was very quick to respond to my questions, and is helping me upgrade to the new model when I return to the states. Good product and good company that cares. I was skeptical at first as it is VERY hot and humid here.. however, I have had no problems throwing my pens in the shopping bag with just a cloth over to block direct sunlight!

Thank you for this awesome invention! My 11 year old was recently diagnosed as Type 1 a year ago. I always worried about my son having to take insulin that lost its potency or went bad due to change in temperature while on the go. I found Vivi caps as I was browsing the internet several months ago. Having Vivi has been a great life saver. I also recommended it to my son’s endocrinologist who surprisingly did not know about it. We’ve had these wonderful products for five months now and we are truly pleased with it so far. Thanks TempraMed!!!

Contacted Cambridge Mask Company due to… Contacted Cambridge Mask Company due to the fact that we found our face masks great for breathability on a long flight, but the elastics to go round the ears were too tight for all of us, even though we're pretty standard sizes! After contacting them they kindly sent us head straps, which work well and make the masks a lot more comfortable to wear. Thank you Cambridge Mask Company for your efficiency and prompt service.

Product can be used for shorter duration of travel Post gr8 customer service provided by Ms Alina, Im changing my review. She kept a constant follow up and made sure that issue is resolved and product gets delivered to me. I used the VIVI Cap, its a bit helpful but not keeping the temperature that an insuline supposed to at. It just maintained around 26°C (while I was sitting in office where AC was on) for 2hrs whereas the required temp is 15° to 20°C. Its good enough for travelling for shorter duration specially if driving in hot weather. Therefore, 3 stars for Ms Alina and 1 for product. Perhaps company can work on to improve their product.

Don’t waste valuable insulin! I use a Medtronic CGM and I recently started using an InPen for my rapid acting insulin injections. Shortly after receiving my InPen, I accidentally left it in the car while attending church. The car was too hot for my insulin and I ended up ruining a cartridge of insulin. Within days, I saw an advertisement for the ViviCap. I ordered one right away. It keeps my insulin insulated from the heat and helps me protect my valuable medicine. I highly recommend the product.
