Shipped in Filthy Boxes I purchased two cases of catheters. They were shipped in the original manufacturer's boxes. The boxes were covered in dark warehouse dust and had foot prints on them. Makes me concerned about using the contents (especially since one box had a hole torn in the side).

I had a chat rep I had a chat rep. He did amazing, found my missing order, gave me all of the info i need, including tracking info, then expected arrival date. Awesome.

Excellent experience again and again My experience as a repeat customer of Discount Catheters has been and continues to be an unqualified success. Virtually every aspect of my interactions with the company have been excellent. They come through for me again and again. If you need any of the urinary products that they carry, you cannot do better than order them from Discount Catheters. Best possible advice It is important to understand that those who need long-term indwelling catheters are always looking out for better and more comfortable products. The traditional Foley Catheter has done it's job for years but it is flawed in terms of material and function. Bladder irritation and worse, reaction to the traditional latex construction makes life difficult. Having been recommended by two friends in the US I explored the possibility of obtaining a uniquely clever catheter with a dual-balloon function; the Poeisis Duette. It works, it is perfect, comfortable and easy to manage. However, the star of this is not the catheter, it's actually the advisor who took me through the whole process of purchase, shipment and order fulfillment; Mariana Kowoll. I know nothing about her other than the fact that I'm indebted to her calm assistance and knowledge. Can you imagine being 2500 miles away and trusting a person you don't know to advise you?
