Too easy, everyone should do it. Smooth, easy, valuable. Onboarding and setup took about two minutes, to grant access to our Amazon account. Their 18-month audit discovered a couple hundred issues that they opened cases for and reclaimed about $10,000 in Amazon reimbursements. They send a month-end report with all the claims, and an invoice a few days later. Haley is fun and very responsive. A great experience, highly recommend.
