Charged my credit card $412.00 for a… Charged my credit card $412.00 for a Roho seat cushion that was back ordered. The product was never shipped. I was told the authorization on the credit card would drop off and I would not be charged. It seems like their own policies don't work. I've tried to get them to return my money but they give me the run around. Save yourself a headache and loss of money. There are plenty of other medical supply companies.

They are responsive, fair, proactive to all needs and often I'm running late and need a 'little' extra attention with shipping more quickly and almost always they are completely accommodating! Poor performance and arrogant attitudes Don't trust these people to take care of your child's transportation. Their drivers are unskilled, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They were often late and never apologized for it. My child was not comfortable on the journey. It was awful! As a parent, I would avoid trusting them in the future. Their poor performance is becoming worst with time. It was terrible. BEWARE!
