However, perhaps due to it being a smaller order they didn't take identifying their company name seriously like my previous orders. Hence, my SNF held the package a lot longer as they didn't see it's importance. I was disappointed by this. That is the only reason I gave them only 4 stars. I have worked with them before and always appreciated the care in shipping and processing. They are an excellent company but I wanted to bring this to their attention.

GBCharged my credit card $412.00 for a… Charged my credit card $412.00 for a Roho seat cushion that was back ordered. The product was never shipped. I was told the authorization on the credit card would drop off and I would not be charged. It seems like their own policies don't work. I've tried to get them to return my money but they give me the run around. Save yourself a headache and loss of money. There are plenty of other medical supply companies.
