I sent pictures of the defect. Adam contacted the company who made the product and took care of relaying my concerns. I received a brand new product within a week! GBmostly very pleased. I loved the service. Due to the situation which was no fault of the company, I was unable to get a model that I would have preferred but I like the model except it claimed that you could do Leopold's maneuver and you cannot do it very well at all. I would buy from them again but would ask that they are more accurate on descriptions.
