GBExcellent product; sloppy shipping. Two weeks after placing my order I had not received information about shipment or delivery. I called the company and was informed that for some reason the order had not shipped. It shipped the next day via FedEx. The quality of the shipping box, the internal packaging, and the preparation of one small component of the product were sub-par (the box was falling apart), but the product was not damaged in any way, which was a relief. I am completely happy with the product itself.

GBWebsite is not up to date and didn't stock item I wanted I placed an order based on the website and only later found out that the item was not in stock. There is a 3 month wait for the new shipment, so I had to cancel the credit card order. My experience was not good. Don't know if I'll ever try ordering from this place again. They did nothing to apologize or compensate me for my disappointment and for the confusion on their end.

GBmostly very pleased. I loved the service. Due to the situation which was no fault of the company, I was unable to get a model that I would have preferred but I like the model except it claimed that you could do Leopold's maneuver and you cannot do it very well at all. I would buy from them again but would ask that they are more accurate on descriptions.

GBarrived safe and sound, easy to put together, recommended. stan arrived in good condition. he requires a little assembly, but that was easy enough. my one complaint was that the scapulas are bolted to the ribs in back, but removing one bolt gives a semblance of range of motion. it's a nice skeleton, definitely worth it overall.
