GBDouble Amputee left without wheelchair This company was terrible! We ordered a replacement joystick for my electric wheelchair over 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. We have called customer service twice and each time they swear it’s been sent but I still do not have it. I am a double amputee and have only 3 fingers and I’ve had to use a push wheelchair for the past month. I can’t clean around my house, I can’t cook and I am limited to the places I can go. I’m very disappointed in this company. Please don’t sell medical equipment, if you aren’t going to be prompt in getting the product out to people who truly are relying on it. I should get a full refund on this order.

GBResponsive service, rapid shipping, and excellent service Website chat was always responsive. Pricing was excellent. Shipping was prompt and delivery rapid. Some items were repacks but "as new. I highly recommend GMS.
