Prices and Customer Service are AWESOME! Inogen One G5 is AWESOME! I have chronic respiratory failure. At home, I had a huge Devilbiss oxygenator (which ran my electric bill through the roof each month) and I had been using bulky metal oxygen tanks when I traveled away from home. A couple of weeks ago, I went online and purchased the Inogen One G5, with the double battery, from the Health Outlet store during their New Year's sale event. At first, I did not complete the checkout section, because I needed to tell my daughter the full purchase price so she could pay online. To my surprise, a Health Outlet representative called me within minutes, said they noticed I had not finished checking out and asked if they could be of assistance in completing my order, which was very nice. They let me know I still had a few days to purchase at the holiday sale price (a Huge discount) and explained in detail all the items that came with the Inogen One G5, including a travel case. I placed my order the following day, online, and received my Inogen One G5 that same week with free shipping and handling via USPS. It was packed very securely, everything was in the box and nothing was damaged. I have been using my Inogen One G5 for two weeks now. At home I use the AC cord and use it on battery power outside my home. It is terrific! The pulse mode provides the same O2 as my metal tanks and my (energy hog) Devilbiss oxygenator regulators provided.
