GBGreat experience OrCam has fantastic customer service. I was connected with Alex when the app stopped logging statistics from our OrCam Learn device. He also helped us work through some issues we were having while learning to use the device effectively. It took a few calls to get everything resolved and he was a joy each time. GBTop Notch Product and Customer Service We’ve been using OrCam Learn for about 6 months now. It has greatly helped our son, who has dyslexia. A couple of times I had technical issues connecting to the wifi and/or app. I called OrCam and received polite and professional assistance immediately. This last time, I needed help reconnecting to our new router. Max was great walking me through the steps and had it resolved in no time. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend OrCam.

GBFaulty device told to send back took… Faulty device told to send back took ages to be collected, awful Customer service I am a vulnerable person who wanted this to be able to rely on people less. Have been told to sell it on or donate it!! Now being told they have to discuss at meeting if I can get a fefund, 121 days later. Absolutely disgusting

GBExcellentI have never experienced such great… I have never experienced such great service as I have with Sara Katz Orcam. She was not pushy in the least. She was just helpful. She was not too wordy. She just got right to the point. She was so incredibly helpful. I’d like to give her 10 stars out of five she must be a southern, the way she acts but who knows maybe a Midwestern .
