Exam Table - Start to Finish Very good customer service! I wanted to make a change after I sent the order and they were very accomodating. They were good to notify me when delivery was to be expected. Online ordering was user friendly. Easy to work with I didn't exhaustive Internet search for new quality pediatric scales. I found this company. The units are well made, heavy , and appear pretty durable. The kids and staff loved the new scales.

Unit shipped with damage The delivery was on time and the service was good. We checked the packaging for damage as instructed and it was intact. When we disassembled the packaging for installation, we found that the unit was damaged on top of the backslash. It had been packed at the factory with the damage.
