CAZero Gravity sells their expensive Zero Gravity sells their expensive, worthless Perfectio X device for $7999.00 on their website and offer 30 days refund and life time Warranty. But everyone pretty much buys it from a distributor or third party like Natural Choice for half price so you think you are getting a great deal! This is the only way this company sells anything so no one can get a refund or have a Life time Warranty because the sellers all lie to you and say your going to get this and you don't!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS A SCAM!!

GBI bought my device from Earth Tech Spa… I bought my device from Earth Tech Spa in Austin, TX. Got a discounted facial that was incredible. I must say BEWARE OF THE SALES PITCH. With the purchase of a $2,500. Glorifico, I was promised free facials (once a month) until the sun damage was repaired and that Barton Creek Square location would honor the appointments. I have had two (one more than I was allowed according to BCS) and asked to contact Itay at the Cedar Park location who had promised me the facials. He will not return my calls. I justified the price of the device with the facials but the promise was an empty, hollow sales pitch. Zero Gravity should be aware of with whom they allow to distribute their product.

GBA little confusion, but a great ending! There was some initial confusion and mix ups with the serial numbers and which devices I actually own. I did have to email several times to get that clarified and I was nervous that I would not receive the correct product back when I needed to make use of the warranty replacement, but it all worked out. I love both of my devices and was upset when the Sapphire X stopped working correctly, but I was grateful that they took care of me as promised. I love the devices and so far, the customer service has been great!
