Great customer service After our first order we wrote to Vastmedic telling them of some improvements they could make to their masks. They replied and told they has already made these improvements and would send us a free box of the new improved masks. Great customer service.

Face shield The service was good,I received my face shield Fast. The shield is comfortable and practical.

Broken UV lamp Called customer services because the UV light stopped functioning. They promptly sent a replacement and I am totally satisfied.

As of October 3 As of October 3, 2020 my masks have not arrived. What should I do? I did pay extra for mailing and they are not here yet. Thank you Jennifer Rowles

Dishonest company I agreed with the previous reviewer that this company is dishonest. I placed an order a month ago and had never received it, so, I left a bad review. The company did finally sent me a new order after several email exchanges. Since they did correct their mistake, I went to their website and was going to remove my bad review. However, I couldn't find my original review. The only reviews you can find were 4 stars and above.
