Dishonest company I agreed with the previous reviewer that this company is dishonest. I placed an order a month ago and had never received it, so, I left a bad review. The company did finally sent me a new order after several email exchanges. Since they did correct their mistake, I went to their website and was going to remove my bad review. However, I couldn't find my original review. The only reviews you can find were 4 stars and above.

Dishonest Company selling toxic and low quality masks Attention: This dishonest company allows only high ratings being displayed on their website! I purchased their ValuMax Ultra-3-in-1 Sensitive Ear-Loop Mask 50 PCS from their website. The descriptions of this mask are misleading. 1. It is NOT high quality. I highly doubt it meets the ASTM level 1 standard (BFE no less than 0.95 and PFE at 0.1 um no less than 0.95). The quality of this mask is even lower than CVS and Walgreen masks for general purpose protections. Compared to the other two, the material of the three layers are thinner and much easier to rip apart; The weaker, less elastic, and poorly made ear loop also let the mask fit very loosely to the face. 2. It is NOT safe to use. The masks I got had a strong lasting chemical smell, I wouldn't wear them even given for free. Despite that their masks are toxic and unusable, the seller does not allow you to return them since "the box has been opened". So think twice before you make the purchase. I'd suggest you stay away from such a dishonest business.

Unanswered phone? I ordered a large alcohol wipe that has become difficult ti find. My order was shipped in a very timely fashion. However, on opening it, I discovered I had received a shipment of masks instead. I tried the phone number om the packing invoice, but received no return call after waiting for three business days. I finally located another number and explained the problem. A replacement shipment of the alcohol wipes was delivered very quickly. I appreciate the quick response to a shipment made in error, but why would a company place a phone number on its packing invoice that apparently isn't monitored? When I asked the associate about that number, she replied, "Oh, that phone isn't answered (or monitored)." At any rate I now have the wipes and hope that I can obtain more when I need to reorder. Thank you!
