Unresponsive customer support I ordered a maternity belt on Monday and paid extra to have the item shipped via priority mail. The next day I received notification that the item was packed and ready but to be shipped out with a tracking number. Unfortunately when I checked later, the tracking number and label had been cancelled. I reached out to Gabriella customer support for an answer as to why it was cancelled. Four days later I still have no answer and the product has yet to arrive.

The product was fine The product was fine, but my experience with trying to cancel an order (mins after I had ordered it) request a refund was terrible. None of my emails or messages got a response from customer service. I didn't get the refund until I disputed the charge with my bank.

Perfect Belly Belt for Pregnant Women Expecting Twins As a husband my goal is to support my wife during the pregnancy (and of course thereafter). I’ve ordered light support pregnancy… I’ve ordered light support pregnancy belly band for my sister. Trust me, I have seen her being super comfortable during her final trimester. The belt is extremely light weight and made with good quality fabric. My sister loved the belt absolutely and recommended her friends as well. You should buy it too!!!

I was so excited to get the 2 support… I was so excited to get the 2 support bands I ordered. They were my size but unfortunately they ran small and not true to fit. Because I'm pregnant and so sick, it's very difficult to get the items returned. Go a size or 2 up if you're ordering these bands. They definitely wouldn't grow with you as you're growing, as advertised.
