There are a couple things that I think can be improved upon. 1) it would be great if you did bill insurance or at least provided the codes needed in order to get reimbursed from the insurance company. 2) If there is a way to offer lighter weight concentrators.

I just found that the concentrator is a… I just found that the concentrator is a bit too heavy for me. As far as the oxygen delivery, it helps me immensely, especially while wearing a mask. The customer service has been great, I love the protective case that came with it, and the packaging and delivery was excellent.

I appreciate the fact that I was able… I appreciate the fact that I was able to purchase Oxyensure with monthly payments. Oxyensure is easy to use and now I have it for airline travel as well. I am very pleased with Oxyensure. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to purchase Oxyensure.

I love it but its getting to be a good… I love it but its getting to be a good bit heavy for me. I'm having some serious back problems and its a good bit too heavy for me. Im wondering if you have a smaller weight one with 2 batteries that will last 2nd for a shoping trip of maybe 5 or 6 hours that I could trade for.
