GBperfectly quick and simple I ordered my scrubs Monday, had them on my back Wednesday. Doesn't get much better than that!! :D The only part I didn't like was that i wasn't able to verify my order was placed online and nobody ever answered the phone when i called customer service. That could just be a staffing problem but still. Having never used this site before it would have been nice to verify everything was processing. So 1 star off for that, otherwise it was a 5star experience. Definitely will order scrubs here in the future.

GBPoor Choice Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.

GBstill awaiting delivery... my order was placed on 7/15 & they sent the survey on 7/18, but today is 7/25 & my shipment has not yet arrived. GBDiscontinued merchandise for sale... I ordered scrub pants put them in my cart and checked out without a problem. A week went by I emailed "where's my order" and didn't receive a reply, another week another email this time a rude unapologetic response. "You ordered discontinued merchandise and we emailed you your order was canceled" Not exactly folks. Twenty minutes after my order confirmation email I received an email containing a small square box titled 'credit card void receipt' there was NO text or explaination whatsoever! This was unclear and very unprofessional as was their eventual reply. Zero star rating in my book.
