Terrible service I have ordered 15 masks when the company offered an extra sale in their newsletter.( 2021. April 13.) I paid for it, but never got it, because UPS didn't deliver because of the wrong address or wrong phone number, so they didnt contacted me and they sent back the masks. When I realized it I contacted Cosmo2 about 5 times, emails, and NO ANSWER AT ALL. No masks and no money return.

I have tried several different mask… I have tried several different mask brands and I can honestly say that the Cosmo2 mask is by far the most comfortable and well-made mask I've ever worn. We purchased one of every color for our family and the items were shipped quickly and delivered within a few days. I would highly recommend Cosmo2.

Great masks! (Slow but sure shipping) Love my masks - I bought a range of colours for a few people. They are very comfy esp the way the straps are designed. However, did experience slow shipping due to the COVID delay but was all resolved and I received my order eventually!
