the machine is defective the machine is defective. i do not know where to return it. I emailed the support team but no reply.

DISAPPOINTED: DISAPPOINTED: The Pulse Oximeter works as expected. However, cannot access the app. Have tried to contact company for support but their email does not even work. For me, the main attraction was to be able to use it with the app.
