GBNo contact after sale. No contact after sale. Amber light is on constantly and worrisome. Don’t know how to fix it. No one has contacted me.

GBMy unit doesn’t work My unit doesn’t work. On the heart rate on of the digits partially works. Half of the number is cut off. It constantly beeps as well. I would not buy this again. I am going to email company for refund. Another issue there’s no contact info PD return info in the pamphlets that are with the item. A totally waste of money. I would give it ZERO stars if your rating bar would have given me that option. A 1 is to much. Unit totally unusable!

GBYou get an extra charge because it comes from Canada Machine works, well packed, you do have an extra charge that I did not know because it is charged in Canada. They should also include a longer cord.

PRDISAPPOINTED: DISAPPOINTED: The Pulse Oximeter works as expected. However, cannot access the app. Have tried to contact company for support but their email does not even work. For me, the main attraction was to be able to use it with the app.
