At this time our main concern is the amount of time it takes to complete some of the background checks. We appreciate your employees taking the time to complete some follow up before we get our results but some of our checks are not coming back for five to seven days after being submitted. If the review is going to take this long maybe we could be informed of this in some way. At times having to wait on the checks is setting our time frames back and causing delays in housing applicants.
