When I started on the ASE program I was just at the stage after surgery where cravings were happening, stalls were very prominent, and my diet was surrounded by almost ALL Ultra Processed foods that were chock-full of artificial sweeteners. After being on ASE for almost 30 days I have ZERO cravings, I now look for healthy foods like fruits and veggies when I am hungry. My hair STOPPED falling out and I have tons of regrowth.
