We provide an online platform to connect with a board certified licensed physician to obtain an authentic doctor's note. This service is available to individuals who have missed work due to having mild illness and are needing to recuperate at home. It can be difficult to schedule an appointment to see your doctor just to certify that you had a medical reason for missing work. We endeavor to simplify that process. For those who qualify, the entire process takes less than 5 minutes. This is accomplished through an asynchronous process utilizing a physician designed online medical assessment form.

This is a real post… This is a real post so If you thinking should I use this? Yes you absolutely should. If you have regular symptoms that are common like colds flu and many others and you don't want to go to the actual doctor, then this is for you. I had an issue with the daye.and they accommodated for me so yeah I would recommend this site for doctors notes.for sure.
