She explained the process and addressed any concerns / questions I had. She worked with me so patiently and professionally from beginning to the end. GBOkay! but have problems getting in Easy to log in and out If the CareLinx system is down for maintenance, can someone send an email to caregivers that this happening. I had to uninstall the app several times to be able to log in for client, but to no avail then proceeded to call the the office for help and that's how I learned that the system was down for several hours.
