GBthe sales guy was great but i bought… the sales guy was great but i bought too soon. hit the road so it was a month before i could try it. easy set up. but no one told me that the system has a 5-6 sec cadence of a repetitive 'pop'. Super annoying. sales support good. follow up good. gatekeeper answering service is an idiot who kept me from buying for almost a month.

AUInogen is great especially for travelers Customer Service/Sales was great to work with. I began using my Inogen in the USA and my night O2 levels improved. I was pleased with the machine's portability on my trip to Australia and my ability to use it while in a foreign country.

GBBefore getting the Inogen we were… Before getting the Inogen we were always worried the portable oxygen machine that we had would quit working while we away from home, which it did several times. Not only does the Inogen work really well, the batteries last long and we are starting to relax when we have to go places further from home. We haven't had any problems with it. Just wish we would have gotten one sooner

GBI love the convenience on how portable… I love the convenience on how portable the unit is. The quietness of operation and the concentrator is great also. The only complaint I have is the cannula attachment kinking. I wish there was a spring that would support the tubing where it attaches. I’ve mentioned this to Inogen, but was told they have had numerous concerns. Robert Oliveri

GBMy disappointment with Inogen… My disappointment with Inogen continues. I can add another unit failure to my experience. I been thru a half dozen G5's that have failed and had to be replaced. The authorized seller I've bought from has been great and understanding. Every failure has been after less than 100 hours of use. I even had a brand new unit fail after only 4 hours of use. I don't trust these POC's. If you are considering purchasing an Imogen product I would recommend adding the cost of a lifetime warranty (about $500) to the cost of ownership. The one thing I can count on is the unit failing. Soon I will be past warranty and stuck with a $3000 paper weight and needing a POC. I would not recommend Inogen concentrators but if you do buy, get from a authorized dealer and not direct from Inogen. ------- I see I received the standard canned response from Inogen. Unless you would consider supplying a unit that will not fail or give me a free lifetime warranty, I see no reason to talk. Every time I return a unit, it costs me $89 to have a replacement shipped.
