Absolutely Amazing experience! I give The Trichotillomania Relief Specialists 5 stars because their program is a game changer, life transforming really, and I would like for others struggling with BFRB's as my daughter was to experience the same as she did. Robert and Glei Mantell are an amazing team! Their vast understanding and knowledge of the root of Trichotillomania allows them to work with their clients with such compassion, patience and specially the necessary and right tools that make all the difference. For the first time my daughter felt heard and supported in a way that many other therapists couldn't do. After the sessions and all the tools that Robert and Glei gave her, we've seen a big transformation within weeks. My daughter is much more confident that she can beat this. She's been pull free (after pulling daily for over 5+ years). 10/10 recommend!

I am eternally grateful!! I found Robert and Glei during a desperate 11 PM Internet search for trichotillomania help. I looked at their website, and every review I saw was so hopeful and exciting, I couldn't help but ask my parents to sign me up!!! I went in fully ready to commit and get rid of this whole eyelash-pulling thing, and boy, was I in the right place!! Robert and Glei were incredible teachers, mentors, and cheerleaders on our 7 week journey, which then extended into my complimentary private session! I had the luxury of a small, three-person group, and just getting to know the two other girls who were in my same position was a blessing!! I never felt like I was alone, and even though I was easily the youngest in the group, I never felt like I was "too young" or "too immature"! The environment was supportive, helpful, and welcoming, and I am forever indebted to these amazing people for the change they have pushed me to make for myself!!

Caring, compassionate healing Robert and Glei are the best counselors I’ve ever used and truly care about their clients. They have helped me beyond just hair pulling and helped me find the root of my addiction and heal from the inside out. Mentally and physically I have grown stronger, along with my lashes.
