Customer service that cares.. We were opening up a practice in South Jersey and needed the tables by a certain date. Jeff, gave us the information on the lead times of each table and we purchased one that would meet are deadline for our office opening. Would recommend Tiger Medical for anyone looking to setup a practice.

The service on my purchase was excellent. They gave me the info I needed in a friendly, professional manner when first exploring my purchase. When I made the purchase a few months later they did everything to my satisfaction, and at a cost that was even lower than first quoted. I spoke with different employees each time, and all were consistent in the info they gave me. I have only made one purchase from them, but I was completely satisfied with the product, service, and cost.

Tiger Medical is my new choice I have only used Hokanson for the last 20 years. This is my first experience with Tiger Medical and I am disappointed I didn't know about them 20 years ago. Prices are literally 1/2 that of Hokanson and the customer service is terrriffic. Thank you Beth for going the extra mile to bundle my order and save me big $$$ . Ill be shopping Tiger Medical moving forward!!!

Awful experience with the company.. Awful experience with the company... They sent expired medical kits and won't take them back, showing some very poor looking documents to prove that items are not expired when the packages say clearly expired June 2021 (now it is September 2021) Customer service was not helpful, manager was rude, he even mentioned that i am not from USA and don't know how the country works, I guess that's how he treats people with a different accent... BTW i am an American citizen for many years. Just beware of this company, they take your money and send whatever...
