Website is easy to navigate, uploading medical info is clunky Website is easy to navigate, the uploading of the insurance card was a little klunky, i tried taking screen shots of my card info on my health care provider app but it wouldn't let me upload. I had to find my physical card. I would image the info on the app is the same and pertinent. Apart from that the actual testing experience is quick and easy.

The provider who attends everyone to… The provider who attends everyone to confirm appointment was helpful with helping my child take test. However, my test results never arrived to the Lab and called on the 3rd day. Not sure when and If I will recieve those results.

So convenient So Easy! Thank you for making this process so easy! My work (retail) currently requires me to get a once a week test to ensure a level of safety and honestly I was dreading it because tests at City locations took 2+ hours, and appointments were almost impossible to get. Then I saw the location on La Cienega driving home and I booked it. SO EASY! i can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner.

I pulled up to the site and everything was seamless with check in I got the test done in less than three minutes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Results were in sooner than expected which was a huge plus. This is my third time using them and will continue to use them and spread the word to colleagues and friends

Day 5... where are the results? The wait and administration of the nasal test was fine, as expected. However, we tested January 2nd via a 3-day turnaround test to read it our preschooler. It is January 6th and we still don’t have our results. Now we will be testing elsewhere with little confidence that a result will come in from COVID TESTING TODAY before our new test... slow results compared to other clinics listed on the LA gov site.
