GBI subscribed to their app on Sunday I subscribed to their app on Sunday, and cancelled the subscription on the same day. I received confirmation that the subscription had been cancelled only to realise 3 days later that £57 had been debited from my account. I queried the charge and was informed I should have requested a refund???? But as a gesture of goodwill they have offered a 50% refund. This is highly inappropriate and a full refund should be in order. I used Apple Pay and will be consulting Apple on their policy regarding this. Cancelled subscription’s are never charged yet upon cancellation I was still charged for an app I did not use!

AUThe Klinio app is for diabetics… The Klinio app is a diabetic app that helps me track my calorie intake, nutrition, exercise, Blood Glucose level, (BGL), water, Ketones, blood pressure, and provides meal plans for a range of types, ketogenic, vegan etc. The Klinio Co has great customer service and has provided detailed information on whatever I ask for, e.g. nutritional value of foods, BGL, and Ketone testing, or how to use the app, and help to get my password reset. GBKlinio made it so easy to prepare meals… Klinio made it so easy to prepare meals or to swap meals of my own and still get the results I wanted! Provides good information to maintain prediabetic A1C levels or reduce. My renewal came this month at a bad time so I cancelled the plan for $99 which was in process to my bank. I got same day reply and was assured a quick refund which today I saw going back to my account. Will definitely use Klinio again in the future!

GBNot user friendly I found the app not user friendly. and asked for a refund. I contacted them and was told sorry but I could only get a refund with in 24hrs of purchase. I told them that is unrealistic, you have to give people time to learn and understand the app. Was told sorry that's their terms. I can tell you I'm very dissappointed in Kilnio, people struggle with diabetes and weight, and they certaintly take advanatage of your need. Im 66 yrs old and just didn't understand this app at all. Don't waste your time or money Sally I am responding to your reply on this review. I have also reach out to you CS. Would just like a refund 4-8-24 Monday

GBWill Initial subscription be refunded Signed up for a month's menu to try this out costing £29. Email then showed what I would get and I wasn't satisfied also small print at the end said that they would automatically take next payment a month later. This hadn't been clear. Was not happy with this so went into app and deleted my profile. I have emailed them and they said further subscriptions automatically get cancelled if app deleted but waiting for response as to whether my request for initial £29 will be refunded since I am within the 14 days Cooling off period. THANK YOU Klinio, the £29 has now been refunded into my account as of 24th January. Restored my faith in your company but think Trustpilo review helped.
