GBChin strap, detailed product description I ordered items that don't fit my machine. It would be nice if there were detailed explainations next to the items. I also wish you made a face/chin strap. No matter how I lay it always falls out of my mouth!

GBComplete Failure of Machine The service was better than most. It was not 100% smooth getting in touch with their representatives or knowing exactly how to do what when with whom. The device was a total failure for me. I never gained an extra instance of sleep from using it. The first time I tried it, the machine didn’t seem to have enough suction to keep my mouth shut, and it kept me from clearing my throat and spitting without taking it off. The company sent me a replacement mouth piece quickly enough, but that one created blisters on my tongue. So I sent the machine back. Don’t know if I got a refund yet.

GBI you miss the Winx system - this is for you! I was getting the best sleep with the Winx system - until they went out of business. I have been patiently waiting/hoping that someone else would pick up the mantle with that kind of technology. That's what iNap actually did: bought out their technology - and then improved upon it. There are some small things I don't like about the system, but it's far better than the CPAP devices I've had to 'suffer with' these past several years. Kudos to the iNap team!

GBGreat Product - Very Poor Customer Service with Company's Counselor Product appears to be highly effective. Had a counselor call ... stated she would be back to help me with problems in gaining compliance this past Monday - she never reached out to me. A one-hour meeting ended up as a seven-minute call. She seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone. I am not happy with the customer support. This is a critical area that requires improvement. The company's success in getting quality results for your clients hangs in the balance.

GBNot the device for me Not the device for me. I found it extremely uncomfortable. The advisor I worked with was awesome, but the product was not a good fit for me. I also did not like that I had to pay for return shipping. I raised the star rating to 3-stars because the service was excellent. Still not happy about having to pay to ship it back.
