GBMuch better than expected! Our company constantly had people calling to get us to change merchant service providers. We were, quite frankly, satisified with our old company, and really didn't see any need to change. Sometimes it is much easier to just keep things the same. But, once we decided to make the switch, we were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went after the change. No broken promises, no hidden charges, no frustrations. Service has been excellent and very much appreciated.

GBGreat Coustomer service, answered every question I had. So far my experience with this company has been wonderful! It was very easy and quick to set up the account over the phone. I ordered my reader before a holiday so I will be receiving that soon, I even received a packet with the sticker that says we now accept visa, MasterCard exc. which I am very excited about! I think this was an awesome addition to starting up my business and can't wait to see the ease of use with the reader, and the rates are the lowest I found anywhere. The coustomer service was great they walked me through every step of the whole process. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends!
