Unacceptable Practices!!!! Took an online test, was told there would be a one off payment for this which I was totally fine with. Nowhere did it say there would be a recurring monthly payment which was taken from my account without my knowledge.

I never subscribed to recurring fees to begin with. Will have to file visa fraud and charge back to stop. No way to contact company online or phone.

Scammers Paid for an online test, and now they are taking money every month, and I have absolutely no recollection of signing any contract. Leave them well alone. Their website looks good and helpful, but can't find out how to cancel the recurring payment.

Taking advantage of people As others have already said, you take their test, aren’t informed until afterwards that you have to pay money to get the results, and then they charge a recurring payment without informing you with no way to unsubscribe. Do not use.
