Prepared to take my exam at 8:30 am Prepared to take my exam at 8:30 am, arrived at 7:40 am….parking issues, construction going on, difficulty locating testing site. Test site is located in basement, very dull lighting, water smell, location unprepared, waited over 35 minutes to be checked in, the excuse they had someone to call out. These issues totally screwed my experience.

FRUSTATED.. FRUSTATED... I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE START THE TEST 5AM ... Software issues, online help totally incompetent & completely uninterested, phone line help - opening hours does not match advertised on website & in corresponding emails, help line quality severely poor & unable to converse in basic english. Refused to help stating I shall have to pay again to attempt exam.

So'le and Mary were the awesome support team… So'le and Mary were the support team members when I was there today - Jan 19th 2023. Not only were they professional, they were fun and uplifting and did not hesitate to tell us if we had questions to ask. I've had nothing but good experiences with Prometric. I've used their services for 3 different tests and all of the staff there has been nothing but professional.

Does not deserve one star Does not deserve one star. Website does not function properly, multiple attempts required to make a booking. Payment taken for a service that was not delivered. No way to contact company. How does such an abysmally bad company get big government contracts? It's an interesting question.

Last night I tried to sit for an exam Last night I tried to sit for an exam. I went through the check in process at least four time due to the exam just disappearing or not starting. After speaking with tech support, they told me to disable my antivirus and I did. After just a few more questions, same issue. Customer services said I needed a ticket number to reschedule the exam which I was never given. I was told I could not take the exam due to having to restart the process too many time. I wish I could give no stars. I have had to talk to multiple people and still no answer as to if I will have to pay to retake the exam due to no fault of my own. This is my first and last time using this proctor. Pearson would never put people through this mess.
