Excellent product and even better customer service! From the first call I made to meeting tomorrow the experience was nothing short of perfect. I needed to rent a few iPads and stands etc for an event. The account rep was very informative and got the equipment to me quickly. She even walked me through the many questions I had on getting them setup. Pricing was great too. After my event was over we realized there was some info we needed still on the iPads. Great service great people We have been working with MT for a while now and never had any problems. The logistics team makes sure to execute a flawless event from beginning to end. After every event they follow up with all parties involved to assure satisfaction on all ends. If there is any issues the MT team is on it until it's resolved. Follow up calls and surveys are executed immediately after event end to ensure situation like these don't happen again. Fortunately problems are very rare with a team like MT.
