GBWe changed out internet provider and… We changed out internet provider and the transition for my Linga POS was not a smooth one. Carlos was very patient and had us try everything he possible could to get us back up and running. He was very knowledgeable. We were on the phone with him for 2hrs 49 minutes and he never got mad or upset with us, if he did we didn't know it. It turned out that the internet provider had connected both companies cables into the router. If he had not taken the time to go through every possible scenario with us, we would not have found the problem. I appreciate his kindness and patience and understanding.

GBBryce was extremely patience even… Bryce was extremely patience even though my restaurant menu is extremely large with a combination of sushi, teppanyaki, kitchen and bar. There are some thing I feel Linga can improve on but over all its a great POS system! Customer service was on point and everything was done a a timely matter. Jason Lin

GBAwesome Sauce!!!!! Nate Watt (at customer support ) and Stephanie (Hybrid payments) are a dynamic duo! My system went down right amid the Christmas Rush. Panic city folks!!! These two wonderful people worked together to solve my issue over the phone. Now my company is back up and processing! I want to adopt these two and bring them home for the holidays!!
