I had a specific issue regarding… I had a specific issue regarding getting approved due to my location and some other factors. I emailed Matt about my issue and asked if he could help find a solution as I was denied by a few processors and didnt know where to turn. He reached out to his contacts for an answer and answered easily a dozen emails I sent him over a week with various questions. Matt was extremely friendly and took the time to answer in detail any questions I had. He could have easily told me he cant help me and that would be that but he took the time even though it was fairly apparent we would not be doing business together.
