Fast, competitive and great at communication - well impressed! I needed to order a made to measure mirror and did some online quotes the weekend. Sumner came out cheapest of all the quotes I got (some companies didn't have online quotes available, so they emailed me quotes - but these arrived after I'd ordered with Sumner - that said, they were dearer anyway, so no harm done!). Ordered the mirror on Sunday PM. Email from Sumner early Monday telling me they had my order. Email again Tuesday, the mirror is made and will be out for delivery tomorrow - and it arrived the next day (Wednesday) and is a perfect fit and a lovely looking mirror! So, the lowest price I could find, and a delivery much sooner than I was expecting. Could I be any happier with such service? I don't think I could Buy with confidence - these are a professional outfit.... :)

Daniel was superb. Excellent service. Excellent, fast service. Daniel, the driver who delivered my new mirror, was extremely professional and helpful. Gave me all the info and help I needed to hang the glass. Excellent mirrors, excellent staff.

5 star service! Ordered my mirror on the Monday morning and had my mirror delivered and professionally fitted by Friday afternoon as was promised by the very helpful lady I spoke to in the office. The 2 guys that came to fit my mirror were absolutely amazing, considering they had to get a 2.5m X 1.5m mirror down into my basement flat (which is hard enough to walk down, let alone carry a big mirror down). I can honestly say that I will be using mirrorfit in the near future again and will be highly recommending them to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent product and service The glass splashback looked good on their website and looked even better when it arrived. It was very well packed in a plywood frame and carefully delivered by TNT. The customer service people were pleasant to deal with by phone and email. Overall VERY pleased.

Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.
