Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

Good Service and Excellent Follow-up I ordered the mirrors online and it said delivery would be within 5 days. It was within 5 working days and the mirrors arrived in perfect condition, despite the external appearance of the packaging which was fairly knocked about. I then received a phone call from the company to check the mirrors had arrived and that I was happy. Can't fault the service or the customer follow-up.

Super splashback All of my contact with this company has been very good, clear instructions and answered all of my questions. The quality of the splashback is great and well packaged. It would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the courier company they used and some overlapping of telephone calls and emails. Other than that, more than happy to recommend.
